【中文摘要】 本文選取了10個中國香菇野生種和2個栽培種.采用RAPD技術(shù)進(jìn)行遺傳差異測定.16個隨機(jī)引物共擴(kuò)增出118條DNA帶,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析并構(gòu)建了遺傳相關(guān)聚類圖.結(jié)果表明,我國的香菇野生資源存在著較大的遺傳差異,10個野生種菌株之間的遺傳相似性在50%~80 %之間.
【英文摘要】 Ten wild strains and two cultivated strains of Lentinula edodes from China were used for genetic diversity analysis with RAPD technique. A total of 118 products were amplified with 16 arbitrary primers and dendrogram of genetic similarity was constructed on this basis. It was noted that more genetic diversity existed in shiitake wild strains tested. The genetic similarity index between 10 wild strains varied from 50% to 80%.
