【中文摘要】 采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝膠電泳,研究不同生長發(fā)育期、不同組織對金針菇[Fla?mmulina velutipes(Fr.)Kar.]黃、白品系酯酶同工酶電泳表型的影響,篩選出不受生長發(fā)育期及常規(guī)培養(yǎng)條件影響的酯酶標記區(qū)帶.標記區(qū)帶分基本帶和識別帶.酯酶同工酶標記區(qū)帶電泳表型顯示出多態(tài)型.利用酯酶同工酶標記區(qū)帶分析黃、白金針菇酶譜差異,顯示出黃、白金針菇品系有共同的遺傳基礎.
【英文摘要】 Orthogonal slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (OSPAGE) was used to study the effect of different development stages and different tissues on the esterase isozyme electrophoresis phenotype of F. velutipes yellow and white strains. And marker bands of esterase isozyme which were not effected by different development stages and routine culture conditions were screened out. Esterase isozyme marker bands could be divided into primary esterase isozyme marker band which could be obtained from all tested strains, and distinguishing esterase isozyme marker bands which could only be found in some strains. It was proved that OSPAGE phenotype of esterase isozyme marker bands was polymorphic, and that using esterase isozyme marker bands to analyse the zymogram differentiation of F. velutipes yellow and white strains, the common genetic base was found to exist in the tested yellow and white strains.
