【中文摘要】 以在湖北省無(wú)栽培菌株抱子傳播的香菇(Lentinula edodes)自然發(fā)生地隨機(jī)采集的32個(gè)野生香菇菌株為材料,用原生質(zhì)體單核體和孢子單核體配對(duì)相結(jié)合的方法分析鑒定樣本中的交配型因子,并用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法分析了菌絲原生質(zhì)體單核體、孢子單核體的交配型比例及樣本中特異交配型因子的分布頻率。在大部分菌株中,菌絲原生質(zhì)體單核體的兩種交配型呈預(yù)期的1:1之比,孢子單核體的四種交配型亦呈預(yù)期的1:1:1:1之比.從樣本中鑒定出52個(gè)特異的A因子及55個(gè)特異的B因子,而且這一系列特異性的A因子和B因子都呈隨機(jī)分布。與栽培菌株相比,野生菌株的交配型因子重復(fù)頻率要低得多,表明香菇自然種群經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期遺傳變異積累了豐富的種質(zhì)資源。在今后的香菇菌株遺傳改良工作中.更多地引人野生種質(zhì)資源以豐富育種材料的遺傳多樣性具有重要意義。
【英文摘要】 Mating type factors in 32 strains of Lentinula edodes collected from mountainous region of Hubei Province without dissemination of spores of cultivated strains were determined by the mating test between spore monokaryons and protoplast monokaryons derived from binuclear mycelia. In addition, analyses of the mating type ratio of protoplast monokaryons and spore monokaryons and the distribution frequency of specific mating factors in the samples were made with statistical methods. The results indicated that both the expected 1:1 ratio of mating types of protoplast monokaryons and the expected 1:1:1:1 ratio of mating types of spore monokaryons were obtained in most of the strains. 52 distinct A factors and 55 distinct B factors were determined from the sample and the series of both the specific A factors and B factors were randomly distributed. The replication frequency of mating factor in wild strains was much lower than that in cultivated strains.
