【中文摘要】 以ADP為底物觀察到蟲草及蠕蟲草提取液能降低大鼠離體肝細(xì)胞反應(yīng)體系內(nèi)AMP的濃度,并能提高ATP濃度.在1.0~5.0mg生藥/ml范圍內(nèi),蟲草液使細(xì)胞能荷值增加13.27%~37.35%;蠕蟲草液使細(xì)胞能荷值增加24.08%~43.73%,P<0.05。
【英文摘要】 Taking ADP as substrate, extraction of artificial cultivated Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps militaris can decrease the concentration of AMP and increase the concentration of ATP in reaction system of isolated rat liver cell. Within the range of 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml raw medicine, Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps militaris can increase the cell energy charge by 13.27%- 37.35% and 24.08%-43.73% resp.(P<0.05).
