【中文摘要】 本研究利用RAPD技術(shù)對(duì)23株收集于不同國(guó)家和地區(qū)的有害疣泡霉(Mycogoneperniciosa)菌株和一株紅絲菌疣也霉(M. rosae)菌株進(jìn)行了遺傳差異測(cè)定、12個(gè)引物擴(kuò)增出105條痕跡產(chǎn)物,根據(jù)這些產(chǎn)物用UPGMA計(jì)算機(jī)程序分析了南株之間的親緣關(guān)系。UPGMA分析結(jié)果表明上海、江蘇葉菌株間的相似性大于90%;中國(guó)福建的菌株與所有的國(guó)外菌株之間的相似性大于70%;紅絲菌疣孢霉歸在上海、江蘇這一組合.它們的相似性超過50%;而所有菌株間的相似性僅為40%。這意味著上海、江蘇的有害疣孢霉菌株與其它地區(qū)的有害疣孢霉菌株可能存在著非常大的差異。
【英文摘要】 RAPD markers were used to survey genetic variabilities among 23 isolates of Mycogone perniciosa collected from different countries and areas, and 1 isolate of M. rosea in this research. 12 primers detected 105 scoreable products. And all of these products were used to analyse kin relationship among isolates by UPGMA (Unweighted pair group method using arithmetic) program. The UPGMA analysis illustrated that the similarity of 8 isolates isolated from Shanghai and Jiangsu was over 90% . Isolates from Fuj ian, China and other countries showed 70% or more similarity. M. rosea fell into a cluster of Shanghai, Jiangsu group showing 50% similarity. Similarity of all strains was only 40%. This result suggested that M. perniciosa from Shanghai and Jiangsu might be very different from others.
