【中文摘要】 香菇培養(yǎng)料中含有20%的廢菌糠,在營養(yǎng)生長階段可以加速本質(zhì)纖維素復(fù)合體的解體,并將木質(zhì)纖維素的降解率提高7%以上。輔料中還原糖和氮素的含量水平不同,木質(zhì)纖維素降解率也不同,從17.50%到20.12%不等,輔料2對(duì)木質(zhì)纖維素降解促進(jìn)作用最明顯,輔料3次之,輔料1和輔料4相近,為最低。
【英文摘要】 The decomposition of the lignocellulose complex was sped up, while the lignocellulose biodegradation rate (LBR) was increased over 1% by 20% spent artificial log in the substrate of L. edodes at mycelial growth stage. The LBR affected by the content of reductic sugar and nitrogen in supplement varied from 17.50% to 21.12% resp.. It was found that the LBR of the substrate with supplement 2* was the highest, followed by the substrate with supplement 3, and that the LBR of the substrate with supplement 4* and 1* was at the lowest level.
