【中文摘要】 鐮孢穗螨取食銀耳菌絲、白毛團(tuán)和子實(shí)體,并傳播霉菌,導(dǎo)致銀耳產(chǎn)量、質(zhì)量顯著下降。除精氨酸外,被螨危害銀耳的16種氨基酸含量均比未受害銀耳的明顯減少。用塔式分離器從野外收集的銀耳栽培袋、棉籽殼和銀耳種中分離出腐食酪螨。弗比無爪螨、鱗翅觸足螨、唯一跗線螨、鐮孢穗螨等8種螨。鐮孢穗螨是銀耳的主要害螨,來自限耳菌種。
【英文摘要】 The decrement of Tremella fuciformis output and quality was caused by Siteroptes usarii damage through feeding on mycclia, shinokikum and fruitbody. The contents of 16 kinds of amino acid, except argininc of Tremella fuciformis damaged by Siteruptcs fusarii were obviously less than those of undamaged ones. Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank), Dlornia freemani (Hughes), Cheletomorpha lepidopterorum (Shaw), Tarsonemus insignis and Siteroptes fusarii were collected from outdoor Tremella fuciformis cultivation bags, cotton hull and Tremella fuciformis spawn with Tullgren separation apparatus in Fujian Province. And it was found that Siteroptes fusarii separated from Tremella fuciformis spawn was the most harmful mite to Tremella fuciformis.
