【中文摘要】 在光學(xué)顯微鏡下,原木靈芝孢子呈卵圓形至卵形,6.53～8.04 ×9.55～12.56μm,頂端平截或呈鈍圓錐形,有時(shí)可見(jiàn)孢內(nèi)有1～2個(gè)小油滴.在掃描電鏡下,可見(jiàn)靈芝孢子表面分布有一些微小的凹陷或洞穴.此外,本文還觀察了靈芝孢子超聲波破壁的顯微形態(tài)。

【英文摘要】 Optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to study the micro-morphology of the intact and wall-cracked spores of log-cultivated C. lucidum. Under OM, the spore was ovate-oblong or ovoid with truncated apex or blunt taper, a size of 6.53-8.04 × 9.55- 12.56/mi, and sometimes with one or two lipid droplets within it. Under SEM, there were some sinuous depressions or minute holes on the surface of the spore. In addition, the micro-morphology of wall-cracked spores broken by ultrasonic vibration was observed and described for the first time.
