【中文摘要】 本文報道了人工紫外線誘變獲得的黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)白色變型菌株,命名為雪白木耳[Auricularia auricula(Hook,)Underw.F.nivalis F.W.Niu et G.L.Yin F.nov],經(jīng)多次繼代和轉代培養(yǎng),白色性狀穩(wěn)定。出耳好,子實體色澤雪白,朵大,產(chǎn)量高,是具有開發(fā)利用前景的新菌株。

【英文摘要】 A white variant of A. auricula named as Auricularia auricula (Hook.) Underw. F. nivalis F. W. Niu et G. L. Yin F. nov., obtained through U.V. mutagenesis was reported in this paper. The white character was stable through successively transfering cultures. The white variant, which was a new strain with high fruiting rate, large and snow white fruitbodies, had a very promising exploiting prospect.
