【中文摘要】 本文運(yùn)用RAPD技術(shù)從分子水平上探討了9個(gè)金針菇菌株的遺傳距離測定及其在雜交育種中的應(yīng)用。根據(jù)RAPD分析結(jié)果所估算的遺傳距離將供試菌株分為3大類,按照親本的遺傳距離對(duì)各雜交組合的雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測。實(shí)際結(jié)果表明,不同雜交組合的產(chǎn)量與預(yù)測結(jié)果基本一致,類內(nèi)雜交組合大部分為低產(chǎn)組合,遺傳距離較大的類間雜交組合雜種優(yōu)勢(shì)較強(qiáng)。因此,在分子水平上所估測的遺傳距離不但能準(zhǔn)確地反映親本菌株間的遺傳差異,并可以作為食用菌雜交育種中親本選擇的一個(gè)重要而有效的遺傳參數(shù).
【英文摘要】 The evaluation of genetic distance of 9 strains of Flammulina velutipes by RAPD analysis at molecular level was reported in this paper. According to gcnotic distances, the tested strains were divided into 3 groups. The hcterosis in the crossing comhinations was predicted according to the genetic distance of the parents. The actual results revealed that the yields of different combinations were roughly coincided with that of the prediction. Most of the intragroup combinations were low productive hybrids, while high productive hybrids had been obtained by crossing parents with larger gunctic: distances. Therefore, geretic distance evaluation at molecular level can not only be used in exactly depicting inherited dissimilarity among parent strains but also be considered as an important and effective parameter of selecting parents for hybridization in mushroom breeding.
