【中文摘要】 對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)栽柳松菇菌種遺傳特征及生活史的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該菇由菌絲生長(zhǎng)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)生長(zhǎng)階段進(jìn)入原基分化發(fā)育的生殖生長(zhǎng)階段,可產(chǎn)生正常的子實(shí)體。電鏡觀察可見成熟的擔(dān)子上著生雙孢擔(dān)孢子,單個(gè)擔(dān)孢子遇適宜條件萌發(fā)形成有鎖狀聯(lián)合的菌絲體,并自交可孕,基于柳松菇具有次級(jí)同宗結(jié)合菌的單孢可育特征,我們采用單孢分離方法進(jìn)行品種選育,獲得了出菇菇叢密、菇數(shù)多、產(chǎn)量高的單孢菌株。

【英文摘要】 The genetic characteristics and life cycle of A. cylindrui fa cultivated in China were studied. Well-developed A. cylindracea fruitbudics were formed on ce tain substrates when it transformed from vegetative phase to generative phase. And two busilioripores on each basidium were observed with electron microscope. The single basidiosporc easily gcnninatcd and the hyphae Rearing clamp connections were self-fertile. It was deduced from our results; that the sexual system of this fungus was similar to the secondary homothallicT species of biisiiliomycctos of which the single basidiosporc culture was self fertile. Therefore, we improved the strains of A. cylindracea by single basidiosporc isolates selection and obtained the prospective si rains with high yield and good quality.
