【中文摘要】 本文研究了香菇在自然溫度生長條件下,木屑米糠培養(yǎng)基中木質(zhì)纖維素的生物降解規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,在整個生育過程中,培養(yǎng)基失重67.3%,呼吸消耗56.5%,絕對生物學(xué)效率10.9%;培養(yǎng)基中木質(zhì)素的降解主要在營養(yǎng)生長階段,半纖維素的降解速率比較均一,纖維素在生殖生長階段降解速率加快,菌絲生長階段主要利用非木質(zhì)纖維素組分,木質(zhì)纖維素是生殖生長過程中的主要碳源.
【英文摘要】 The biodcgradation law of lignoculUilosc during the growth of Lentrinus edodes on the sawdust-rice bran medium at room temperature was investigated in this study. The results showed that, at the end of cullivution (247 days), 67.3% of dry medium weight was reduced; the consumption of respiration urnl the absolute biological efficiency were 56.5% und 10.9% rcsp.; the btodegradation rate of ligmn on mycclial growth stage was much higher than that in the later period, and that of cellulose speeded up on fruiting stage, while the biodegradation of hemicellulose was uniform at whole growing period and the nonlignoccllulosc was mainly utilized at the stage of mycclial growth. In comparison, lignocellulosc was the main carbon source at fruiting stage.
