【中文摘要】 本文采用三種不同的培養(yǎng)基配方對香菇Cr-02菌株大分子碳源的代謝進行了探討,結(jié)果認為淀粉是最先被香菇菌絲分解利用的多糖。在纖維素、半纖維素和木質(zhì)素三類大分子聚合物中,香菇發(fā)菌初期優(yōu)先利用半纖維素,其次是木質(zhì)素,纖維素利用較少。由于纖維素的降解受小分子碳源的誘導(dǎo),同時又受小分子碳源的抑制,還受氮素營養(yǎng)的影響,木質(zhì)素的降解也受培養(yǎng)基中碳、氮營養(yǎng)的影響,香菇在整個發(fā)菌過程中降解木質(zhì)素、纖維素和半纖維素三類大分子聚合物的規(guī)律,于不同配方培養(yǎng)基中有差異。
【英文摘要】 Macromolecule C-sourcce metabolism of shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes) strain Cr-02 grown in three different formula of media was studied. The results indicate that starch is a polysaccharide which is earliest degraded and used by shiitake mycelia. Among three macro-molecule polymers, cellulose, hcmicellulose and lignin, hemicellulose is degraded preferentially by shiitake mycelia at early days of spawn-running. Secondly lignin, cellulose is degraded poorly in the early days of spawn-running. As the degradation of cellulose is induced and restrained by micro-molecule C-source, as well as influenced by the N-nutrition, while the degradation of lignin is influenced both by the C-and N-nutrition in the media. The degradation patterns of cellulose, hemi-cellulose and lignin during all spawn-running period of the shiitake mushroom are different due to the influence of C and N-nutrition of different media formula.
