【中文摘要】 研究冬蟲夏草子實體的生長發(fā)育和形成規(guī)律,為冬蟲夏草人工培殖及資源保護(hù)提供理論依據(jù)。將老熟待僵化的幼蟲,在不同溫度、基質(zhì)含水量和光照條件下培殖,觀察子實體形成與伸展情況。研究表明,子實體分化與形成需要0℃左右低溫刺激,變溫有利于子實體的形成;子實體的生長還需要有充足的水分及高濕環(huán)境,在子實體生長期間,應(yīng)保持基質(zhì)含水量為60%80%,相對濕度95%100%為宜;微弱的光照都能誘導(dǎo)子實體產(chǎn)生,子實體有向光性生長的特性。環(huán)境因子對冬蟲夏草子實體形成及伸展具有重要作用。
【英文摘要】 In order to provide a theoretical basis for artificially cultivating Cordyceps sinensis and resources conservation, the growth and development of fruiting bodies of Cordyceps sinensis and the formation of laws were studied. The formation and extension of fruiting body were observed at different temperatures, substrate moisture and light conditions in the rearing. The results showed that the differentiation and formation of fruiting body needs stimulation at low temperatures around 0℃, and vari- able temperature was beneficial to the formation of fruiting bodies. Sufficient moisture and high humidity environment were needed for the growth of fruiting bodies. During the growth of fruiting bodies, the water content and relative humidity of matrix should be kept 60%80% and 95%100%. The formation of fruiting body were induced by faint light. Environmental factors has an important role in the formation and extension of the fruiting bodies of Cordyceps sinensis.
