【中文摘要】 為了探索利用3種中藥廢棄物栽培經(jīng)濟(jì)真菌的可行性,對葛根渣、桑枝、杜仲葉進(jìn)行了理化性質(zhì)研究和相關(guān)栽培試驗。結(jié)果表明葛根渣、桑枝、杜仲葉的理化性質(zhì)可以滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)真菌生長需要,3種中藥渣栽培的平菇、香菇在菌絲生長速度、菌絲狀況和生物學(xué)效率方面與雜木屑差別較小。說明利用3種中藥廢棄物栽培經(jīng)濟(jì)真菌可行,具有很大的利用價值。
【英文摘要】 To find out the feasibility of cultivation of economic fungi with three kinds of herb residue,total carbon,total nitrogen, C/N,crude fiber,ash,absorption capacity,pH value of Pueraia radix root residue,ramulus mori and the leaf of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.were determined respectively using Micro-Kjeldahl methods etc.The physical and chemical properties of three kinds of herb residue can meet the needs of growth of economic fungi.The differences of the growth speed,growth condition and biological efficiency of mycelia between Pleurorus ostreatus,Lentinus edodes cultivated with the three herb residue and the ones cultivated with traditional saw dusts were slight.Cultivating economic fungi with the three kinds of herb residue is feasible.
