【中文摘要】 對經(jīng)過液體發(fā)酵得到的紅汁乳菇菌絲體中的多糖進(jìn)行提取,并選用了響應(yīng)曲面法對其多糖的提取工藝做了分析和優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明最佳多糖提取工藝為提取時間為34.0 min,料液比為1:35.2,提取溫度為39.5℃時,紅汁乳菇中多糖的提取率能最大達(dá)到6.61%。
【英文摘要】 The polysaccharide extraction process of Lactarius hatsudake mycelia were studied and the response surface methodology was used to analyze and study the condition of the polysaccharide extraction of Lactarius hatsudake mycelia.The results showed that the best condition of the polysaccharide extraction is extraction time 34.0 min,the ratio of material and liquid 1: 35.2,temperature 39.5℃.The efficiency of polysaccharide extraction can reach 6.61%.
