【中文摘要】 通過研究粗毛黃褐孔菌多糖降血糖的作用,分別用不同劑量野生粗毛黃褐孔菌多糖,灌胃正常小鼠與四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠,結(jié)果顯示,野生粗毛黃褐孔菌多糖對(duì)正常小鼠無明顯影響,對(duì)糖尿病小鼠在給藥21 d后,中劑量組和高劑量組與陰性對(duì)照組間差異極顯著,與陽性對(duì)照組之間差異不顯著;用野生粗毛黃褐孔菌與人工栽培、液體發(fā)酵菌絲體多糖相同劑量灌胃糖尿病小鼠21 d后,三者降血糖作用無顯著差異,均能一定程度降低糖尿病小鼠血糖。
【英文摘要】 The anti-hyperglycemic activity of polysaccharides of Inonotus hispidus in vivo were studied.The polysaccharides of wild Inonotus hispidus were lavaged to mice of diabetic mellitus established by alloxan and normal mice in different levels.The results indicated that when mice were fed the polysaccharides of wild Inonotus hispidus for 21 d,the glucose of hyperglycemia mice were discovered significantly difference between group lavaged amount of polysaccharides 150 mg·kg-1,200 mg·kg-1 and negative control group.No effect was observed for the normal mice,and no significant difference was showed between the positive group and sample group.When the polysaccharides of wild Inonotus hispidus,artificial cultivation and liquid fermentation mycelium were lavaged to model mice and normal mice in the same level,no significant difference was discovered among them.
