【中文摘要】 吉林省西部地區(qū)土地鹽堿化嚴(yán)重,不適宜闊葉樹生長,經(jīng)吉林省林科院多年研究,成功將沙棗引進(jìn)到吉林省西部地區(qū)。為使吉林省西部的沙棗資源得以充分利用,對沙棗樹栽培平菇進(jìn)行了研究,測定了沙棗樹和闊葉樹栽培的平菇子實體中的營養(yǎng)成分和黃酮含量。試驗結(jié)果表明,沙棗樹栽培的平菇子實體各營養(yǎng)成分含量較對照略高,但在兩組試驗中均未檢測出黃酮含量,在生物學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化率方面接近,因此采用沙棗樹木屑作為培養(yǎng)料可用于吉林省西部地區(qū)的平菇生產(chǎn)。
【英文摘要】 The soil salinization in the west of Jilin province was a very serious problem,which was not fit for cultivating broad-leaved tree.After years of introduction and acclimatization,Elaeagnus angustifolia was introduced into west of Jilin province successfully by Jilin province academy of forestry.Studies on Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated by E.angustifolia were carried out.The differences of the major nutrient composition and flavone content in fruiting bodies that cultivated by E.angustifolia and broad-leaved trees were compared.The results showed that the major nutrient composition of the former was a little higher than that of the latter,and flavone was not found in the fruiting bodies cultivated by both E.angustifolia and broad-leaved trees.The biological efficiency was almost the same.Therefore,E.angustifolia as cultured medium could be applied to cultivate of P.os-treatus in the west of Jilin province.
