【中文摘要】 對長柄側(cè)耳進(jìn)行洛伐他汀含量測定,建立其質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。采用高效液相色譜法(HPLC)測定洛伐他汀含量,色譜柱為Diamonsil ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流動相為甲醇—0.1%甲酸(90∶10),流速為0.5 mL.min-1,檢測波長為237 nm,柱溫為42℃。經(jīng)過方法學(xué)考察,洛伐他汀含量測定方法具有一定的專屬性、準(zhǔn)確性、重現(xiàn)性和可行性,樣品在2μg～10μg范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系,平均加樣回收率為100.16%,RSD為1.14%。洛伐他汀的含量為120.7μg.g-1。本方法簡便、準(zhǔn)確、線性范圍寬、靈敏度高,可用于本品的質(zhì)量控制。

【英文摘要】 To establish its quality control standards,the lovastatin content of Pleurotus spodotecus were determined using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The condition is as follow: the column is the Diamonsil ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase is methanol—0.1% formic acid(90∶10),flow rate is 0.5 mL.min-1,detection wavelength is 237 nm,col-umn temperature is 42℃.Following the methodology inspection,HPLC method to determine lovastatin content has accuracy,re-producibility and feasibility,and samples are linear relationship between 2 μg and 10 μg.The average recovery is 100.16%,and RSD is 1.14%.Lovastatin content is reached 120.7 μg.g-1.The method is simple,accurate,and has wide linear range,high sensitivity,which can be used in the product quality control.
