【中文摘要】 通過(guò)野外調(diào)查及室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)觀察,對(duì)硫磺菌生態(tài)習(xí)性、形態(tài)、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、培養(yǎng)性狀等生物學(xué)特性進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,硫磺菌子實(shí)體菌肉肥厚,香味濃,單生或叢生,其子實(shí)體為二系菌絲型,骨架菌絲厚壁,無(wú)隔,生殖菌絲無(wú)色透明,具橫隔,具明顯鎖狀聯(lián)合。子實(shí)層由擔(dān)子與擔(dān)孢子構(gòu)成,無(wú)囊狀體。擔(dān)子棒狀,每擔(dān)子可產(chǎn)生4個(gè)擔(dān)孢子。在PSA培養(yǎng)基上,菌絲生長(zhǎng)旺盛,無(wú)色,具隔及鎖狀聯(lián)合,在一定條件下可產(chǎn)生菌絲團(tuán),菌絲團(tuán)分化能形成可育的子實(shí)體。

【英文摘要】 The biological characteristc, ecology and morphology of Laetiporus sulphureus were studyed. The results showed that the fungus had fleshy sporocarps, which were dimitic and with strong fragrance. The generative hyphas were achromaticity, transparence, embranchment, and with clamp connection, septas. The skeletal hyphas were achromaticity, thick-wall, no embranchment and no septas. The hymenium of sporocarp was constituted with basidia and basidiospores and no cystidia. Each of the basidia had 4 basidiospores. In PSA medium, the vegetative hyphas grew rapidly and it could form normal sporocarps at a certain condition.
