【中文摘要】 通過研究粗毛黃褐孔菌在不同母種培養(yǎng)基、原種培養(yǎng)基及栽培料上的生長速度,以及不同配方對(duì)產(chǎn)量的影響。結(jié)果顯示粗毛黃褐孔菌菌絲在3種母種培養(yǎng)基上都能生長,且菌絲日平均生長速度差異不顯著;菌絲在3種原種培養(yǎng)基都能生長,但以在配方A:棉籽殼97%、石膏1%、石灰2%中菌絲日平均生長速度最快;菌絲在各栽培料中都能生長且都能長出子實(shí)體,但以配方C:棉籽殼92%、麥麩5%、石膏1%、油渣1%、石灰1%,其生物轉(zhuǎn)化率為最高。
【英文摘要】 The hypha growth of Inonotus hispidus in different culture media were studied including nutrient medium, mother culture medium and cultivating culture medium. The results indicated that the Inonotus hispidus hypha can grow in 3 culture medium and there is no significant difference about the growth rate of Inonotus hispidus in 3 formula media. The optimum for mula were composed of cotton seed hull 97%, gypsum 1%, lime 2%, in which the hypha grew fastest and best. There is no major difference in culture formula. The biological efficiency was highest in formula C, which were composed of cotton seed hull 97%, bran 5%, gypsum 1%, oil residue 1%, lime 1% .
