【中文摘要】 在掌握了褐環(huán)粘蓋牛肝菌生態(tài)學(xué)特性、野生增產(chǎn)技術(shù)、菌種分離擴(kuò)繁、菌劑制作、菌根苗培育技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,開展了在旱地采用栽種褐環(huán)粘蓋牛肝菌菌根苗的人工栽培試驗,試驗采用不同基質(zhì)培育菌根苗,并對栽培出菇效果進(jìn)行了比較。通過菌根苗移栽與無菌苗就地接種培育菌根苗的栽培試驗,研究了催菇處理對出菇的影響,研究表明,采用栽種菌根苗取得了褐環(huán)粘蓋牛肝菌人工栽培的成功,單產(chǎn)高達(dá)283.57g·m-2,采用帶土基質(zhì)培育的菌根苗出菇效果明顯優(yōu)于無土基質(zhì),移栽菌根苗的出菇效果優(yōu)于就地接種培育菌根苗,催菇處理的效果十分顯著。
【英文摘要】 Based on the mastery of Suillus luteus ecological characteristic, technology of yield increase in nature, isolation and multiplication of strains and the cultivation technology of fungus-root seedlings, an artificial cultivation experiment of Suillus luteus was made with planting the fungus-root seedlings in the dry fields. The comparisons of the fruiting result of fungus-root seedlings cultivation with different mediums were made. Using the cultivation test of fungus-root seedlings transplant and inoculation on non fungus-root seedlings in the fields, the effect on the fruiting by accelerating fruiting treatment were studyed. The study showed that the cultivation of Suillus luteus with fungus-root seedlings planting was successful, and the high yield reached 283.57 g·m-2.
