【中文摘要】 通過改造日本當(dāng)?shù)厥卟藴嘏?采用棚頂噴水降溫的方式來調(diào)控溫度,菌草栽培鹿角靈芝適宜溫度17℃～22℃,CO2濃度盡可能高,鹿角靈芝菌絲滿袋需51d,從開袋至原基形成需9d,第一潮靈芝采收需26d,其后讓菌絲恢復(fù)10d,第二潮靈芝采收需32d,鹿角靈芝平均長度31cm,單芝平均干重19g,單袋干芝產(chǎn)量86g。

【英文摘要】 By spraying water on the shed, the optimum temperature was 17℃～22℃ of Antler-shape Ganoderma lucidum cultivated with JUNCAO. Concentration of CO2 needed to be as high as possible. Mycelia of antler-shape Ganoderma lucidum which were full of the bag need 51 d. The period of primordia formation need 9 d. The first flush of fruitbody need 26 d after which mycelia need 10 d to rehabilitate. The second flush of fruitbody need 32 d. The average length of antler-shape Ganoderma lucidum was 31 cm. The weight of per dry fruitbody was 19 g. The dry fruitbody yield of per bag was 86 g.
