【中文摘要】 研究北蟲草真菌在人工栽培生長過程中,由于基因發(fā)生突變而表現(xiàn)的真菌生物變異性。結(jié)果表明,在溫度18℃25℃,濕度45%60%,每日光照培養(yǎng)10h的情況下,獲得了穩(wěn)定傳代的白色蟲草子實體。北蟲草真菌在人工培養(yǎng)的條件下,基因發(fā)生自然突變,并能夠穩(wěn)定地遺傳,北蟲草真菌與其它生物物種同樣在生長過程中具有變異性。
【英文摘要】 The fungus of Cordyceps militaris had taken place variability changing because of gene mutation in artificial cultivate, which were studyed. The results showed that at 18℃25℃, humidity 45%60%, light illumination 10 h every day, the white passage sporocarp of Cordyceps militaris were aquired. This report had demonstrated Cordyceps militaris gene occured nature mutation in artificial cultivate environment and can be steadily inherited. Cordyceps militaris had mutation resemble to other creature during growth.
