【中文摘要】 松茸是珍稀瀕危的食(藥)用菌。云南是我國松茸主產(chǎn)區(qū)之一,但由于不合理采收,致使松茸產(chǎn)量逐年下降。本論文使用ITS分子標(biāo)記研究松茸的遺傳多樣性。由聚類圖分析,這16個樣品分為2個大的分支,其中海拔較高的中甸與麗江基本聚為一支,海拔較低的祿勸與武定又聚為另一支。每個大支上的不同樣品的序列又有微小的差異,這可能是由ITS序列在進(jìn)化過程中發(fā)生了少量位點(diǎn)的變異,如堿基之間的轉(zhuǎn)換、顛換和缺失等造成的。
【英文摘要】 Tricholoma matsutake, classified into the genus Tricholoma of Tricholomataceae, is a kind of precious edible and medicinal fungi which may be in severe danger. Yunnan province is the main producing area of T. matsutake in China, but its yield decreased year after year because of wrong harvesting methods. Based on the clustering tree, 16 samples were divided into two big branches. The samples from Zhongdian and Lijiang, whose altitude were all higher, were mainly clustered into one branch, and the samples from Luquan and Wuding, whose altitude were all lower, were mainly clustered into another branch. The results implied that the variation of ITS sequences of T. matsutake had likely a close relationship with the environment such as altitude. The sequences of different individuals in every a big branch had some minor changes, and it can be showed that a little of mutation of bases in ITS sequences had arised in the process of evolution, such as transition cites, transvertion cites among ...更多bases or base gap. 還原
