【中文摘要】 試驗研究不同營養(yǎng)因子與培養(yǎng)條件(pH值、溫度)對草菇4個菌株菌絲生長的影響。結果表明,菌絲生長最佳碳源為蔗糖,最佳氮源為蛋白胨,無機鹽為硫酸鎂,植物生長素為萘乙酸,最適培養(yǎng)溫度為30℃~35℃,最適pH值范圍為7.0~11.0。正交試驗確定最佳培養(yǎng)基組分為蔗糖20.0g·L-1、蛋白胨5.0g·L-1、硫酸鎂1.5g·L-1、萘乙酸5.0mg·L-1、馬鈴薯200g·L-1。
【英文摘要】 Different nutrition factors and cultural factors ( pH value and temperature) for growth of 4 Volvariella volvacea strains were studied in this paper. The results indicated that the optimal carbon source is sucrose, and the optimal uitrogen source is peptone. In addition, the optimal inorganic salt is magnesium sulfate, the optimal auxin is naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), the optimal pH value is from 7.0 to 11.0, and the optimal temperature is from 30℃ to 35℃. The optimal culture medium composition on the growth of Volvariella volvacea mycelium were confirmed by orthogonal experiment, which were composed of sucrose 20.0 g·L-1, peptone 5.0 g·L-1, magnesium sulfate 1.5 g·L-1, NAA 5.0 mg·L-1, and potato 200.0 g·L-1.
