【中文摘要】 桑黃是目前抗癌效果最好的藥用菌,具有廣闊的開發(fā)前景和市場(chǎng)潛力。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的桑黃人工栽培方法中普遍存在的技術(shù)不成熟、產(chǎn)量低、子實(shí)體質(zhì)量差(不成形)等缺陷,提供一種新的人工栽培桑黃的方法,該方法采用代料栽培,找出了最適合桑黃子實(shí)體發(fā)育的空氣相對(duì)濕度、溫度、光照等環(huán)境因子及管理措施,提高了桑黃人工栽培的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。
【英文摘要】 Phellinus baumii is considered as the most effective medicinal fungus for antitumor, and it has great market demand. However, the fruit bodies produced by the previous cultivation techniques have the deficiency of low yield and poor quality. In this paper we provide a new method for the cultivation of P. baumii. The optimum air relative humidity, temperature, light of environmental factors and management measures were found. The yield and quality were greatly improved by the current technique.
