【中文摘要】 利用水蒸汽蒸餾法提取鮑魚菇菌絲體揮發(fā)油,采用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用系統(tǒng)分析了揮發(fā)油的化學(xué)成分。以DB-5MS柱分離出43個峰,用質(zhì)譜法鑒定出18種化合物,主要為反,反-2,4-癸二烯醛、正己醇、1-辛烯-3-醇等藥理活性物質(zhì)。體外抗菌試驗表明鮑魚菇菌絲體揮發(fā)油對金黃色葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、鼠傷寒沙門氏菌等多種臨床致病菌均具有較強的抑菌作用。
【英文摘要】 The essential oil of Pleurotus abalonus was extracted by hydrodistillation and it was analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Eighteen compositions have been identified from 43 seperated peaks. The major compositions are decadienal <2E,4E->, hexanol, 1-octen-3-ol, ect. Antimicrobial activity of the essential oil was also tested in this study. The results showed that the essential oil from the cultured mycelia of Pleurotus abalonus exhibited strong inhibition effect on many clinical pathogens including Staphylococcus saprophyticus, Klcbsiella pneumoniae and Salmonella typhi.
