【中文摘要】 試驗(yàn)采用孢子萌發(fā)融合技術(shù)獲得元蘑菌株,并對其進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)量和形態(tài)指標(biāo)測定,選育出的菌株經(jīng)3年的栽培試驗(yàn),產(chǎn)量高出常規(guī)品種15%,菇形好,命名為元蘑1號。

【英文摘要】 Hohenbuehelia serotina is one of important edible fungus with high economic value."Yuanmo No.1" strain was obtained by spore germination fusion technique in the Hohenbuehelia serotina breeding experiment.The result showed that yield of "Yuanmo No.1" are 15% higher than ordinary strain's in 3 years of artificial cultivation.
