【中文摘要】 以菌絲體生物量為指標(biāo),對香魏菇液體培養(yǎng)基中碳氮營養(yǎng)源進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明香魏菇菌株能利用多種碳源、氮源,其中碳源以葡萄糖較好;有機(jī)氮源優(yōu)于無機(jī)氮源,牛肉膏為較佳氮源。
【英文摘要】 Based on the indices of mycelial biomass(dry weight),effects of carbonaceous compounds and nitrogenous substances on the growth of Xiangwei mushroom mycelia were study.The results showed that the optimal carbon source was glucose and the optimal nitrogen source was beef extract.
