【中文摘要】 采用原子吸收法和原子熒光法對(duì)四川部分地區(qū)木耳、香菇、平菇3種常見食用菌中Cu、Mn、Cr、Hg、As、Pb和Cd等7種重金屬元素進(jìn)行測定。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在被檢測的食用菌中Cr的平均含量最高,As的平均含量最低,所有樣品中Cr含量均超標(biāo),33%樣品中Hg含量超標(biāo),11%樣品中Cd含量超標(biāo);同時(shí)還發(fā)現(xiàn),不同菌種對(duì)這7重金屬的富集能力差異顯著,不同來源地的同種食用菌中重金屬含量水平也有較明顯的差異。
【英文摘要】 The contents of 7 kinds of heavy metals,including Cu,Mn,Cr,Hg,As,Pb and Cd of Lentinula edodes,Auricularia auricula and Pleurotus ostreatus were analyzed by using AAS and AFS.The results showed that the contents of Cr were the highest in the tested edible fungi samples,while the contents of As were the lowest.All of the tested samples,the contents of Cr which exceeded Chinese statutory standards limit were accounting for 100%,and Hg and Cd were accounting for 33% and 11%,respectively.The accumulation of 7 kinds of heavy metals in different edible fungi was distinctly different,and the same edible fungi which came from different origin regions had obviously diversity in contents level of these heavy metals.
