【中文摘要】 通過(guò)對(duì)峙培養(yǎng)、發(fā)酵液的抑菌試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)枯草芽孢桿菌BS-2對(duì)好食脈孢菌Neurospora sitophila有較強(qiáng)的抑制作用,BS-2能顯著地抑制脈孢菌菌絲生長(zhǎng)及其孢子萌發(fā),但對(duì)食用菌抑制作用相對(duì)較弱。BS-2主要的抑菌物質(zhì)可能是其分泌的多種抗菌蛋白質(zhì),BS-2的抑菌能力可通過(guò)脈孢菌代謝產(chǎn)物的誘導(dǎo)而加強(qiáng)。
【英文摘要】 The results of confrontation culture and antibacterial experiment indicated that Bacillus subtilis BS-2 had strong inhibition to the fungi Neurospora sitophila,and BS-2 could significantly inhibit Neurospora mycelial growth and conidial germination,but could affect mushroom weakly.These antibacterial substances might be the manifold proteins which were extracted by BS-2 and the antibacterial activity of BS-2 could be enhanced by the metabolites of Neurospora sitophila.
