【中文摘要】 通過(guò)對(duì)茯苓菌株在不同碳源、氮源、pH、溫度、含水量等環(huán)境條件下菌絲生長(zhǎng)狀況的研究,結(jié)果表明在所試的8種碳源、6種氮源中,最適碳源是蔗糖,最適氮源是蛋白胨,菌絲生長(zhǎng)的適宜溫度是24℃~30℃,最適溫度為28℃;培養(yǎng)基的適宜初始pH為3~6,最適pH為3;培養(yǎng)基的適宜含水量為55%~60%,最適含水量為55%。
【英文摘要】 The effects of carbon sources, nitrogen, pH, temperature and water content of the medium on the growth of Wolfiporia cocos mycelia were studied. The results showed that the optimum carbon sources for the growth of Wolfiporia cocos mycelia was sucrose, the optimum nitrogen sources was peptone, the suitable temperature for the mycelial growth was 24℃30℃ with the optimum temperature 28℃, the suitable pH was 36 with the optimum pH 3, and the suitable water content of the medium was 55%60% with the optimum water content of the medium 55%.
