【中文摘要】 研究了酵母浸膏、蛋白胨和pH對(duì)草菇菌絲生長與生物學(xué)效率的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在PDA培養(yǎng)基中加入酵母浸膏和蛋白胨能促進(jìn)菌絲生長,最適添加質(zhì)量濃度分別為0.30%酵母浸膏和0.50%蛋白胨。在栽培過程中,對(duì)菌絲體表面最佳噴施溶液組合為0.50%蛋白胨、0.30%酵母浸膏,調(diào)節(jié)溶液pH9.0,對(duì)比空白對(duì)照能提高生物學(xué)效率13.56%。
【英文摘要】 Effects of yeast extract and peptone and pH on mycelial growth of Volvariella volvacea and the biological efficiency were studied. The result showed that the adding of yeast extract and peptone to the PDA culture medium respectively can accelerate the growth of mycelia, and the optimum additional amount were 0.30% and 0.50% ; besides, during the period of cultivation, aqua of yeast extract and peptone were sprayed onto the mycelia surface which can raise the biological efficiency by 13.56% compared to the CK. The optimum amount were 0.50% peptone, 0.30% yeast extract and pH 9.0.
