【中文摘要】 以天山二號白靈菇為試材,棉籽殼為栽培料研究了白靈菇在生長發(fā)育過程中對碳源的降解利用規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,白靈菇在整個生長期內(nèi)以降解木質(zhì)纖維素為主,生殖生長階段更是以木質(zhì)纖維素為主要碳源,非木質(zhì)纖維素主要在菌絲生長和菌絲后熟階段被利用。在整個生長期內(nèi),纖維素降解40.24%、半纖維素降解32.06%、木質(zhì)素降解34.61%、木質(zhì)纖維素總降解35.52%。木質(zhì)纖維素的降解速率和降解量具有明顯的階段性:降解速率在菌絲生長和后熟階段較低,生殖生長階段明顯加快。在不同生長階段木質(zhì)纖維素的各成分被優(yōu)先利用的次序存在差異,前35d優(yōu)先利用木質(zhì)素,且纖維素、半纖維素、木質(zhì)素三者平衡利用,后熟期間優(yōu)先利用纖維素,原基分化期優(yōu)先利用半纖維素,子實體生長階段主要利用纖維素。
【英文摘要】 Pleurotus nebrodensis ‘Tianshan 2’ was subjected to studied the law of degradation and use of carbon source in the whole growth and development period by cultured on the cottonseed shell medium. The results showed that in the whole growth and development period, the bastose was degraded by P.nebrodensis and it was used as the chief carbon source at the reproduction stage. Nonlignin was principally used at hyphal growing and hyphal postripening. Our experiments suggested that cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and bastose were degraded by 40.24%, 32.06%, 34.61% and 35.52% at the whole growth and development period. The degradation of bastose was found to be evidently periodic, the degradation rate was lower at hyphal growing and hyphal postoripening, but clearly quicke at reproductive stage.
