【中文摘要】 網(wǎng)蓋粉菇(Rhodotus palmatus)是長白山區(qū)分布的珍稀真菌。研究網(wǎng)蓋粉菇菌絲的生物學(xué)特性及人工栽培條件。結(jié)果表明網(wǎng)蓋粉菇菌絲生長的最佳溫度為20℃,最佳pH為6,最佳碳源為葡萄糖,最佳氮源為蛋白胨,最佳培養(yǎng)料含水量為55%;網(wǎng)蓋粉菇在棉籽殼、硬雜木屑或兩者混合為主料的培養(yǎng)基中均可以生長并產(chǎn)生子實體。

【英文摘要】 Rhodotus palmatus is an rare species of fungi in Changbai Mountain area. The biological characteristics of mycelia and artificial technique of cultivation were investigated in this paper. It suggests for mycelia growth,the optimum temperature is 20℃,the best pH is 6; glucose is the best carbon source,peptone is the best nitrogen source and the optimum water content of compost is 55%. It can fruit in the compost main with sawdust,cotton seed hull or the two mixed.
