【中文摘要】 以糞鬼傘菌絲體為原料,采用超聲波輔助浸提法提取鬼傘菌多糖(CPS),并利用響應面分析法及正交實驗分析法優(yōu)化提取工藝,在超聲波功率為500w、超聲波時間為20min,料液比1∶80、水浴提取溫度為80℃、提取時間為1.5h時,CPS的提取率達到最大;經(jīng)氣相色譜分析,CPS由木糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖和鼠李糖4種單糖組成,摩爾比為木糖∶葡萄糖∶半乳糖∶鼠李糖=1.38∶12.85∶4.81∶1.00。
【英文摘要】 Ultrasonic-assisted technology was used to extract polysaccharide from submerged-cultured mycelium of Coprinus sterqulinus Fr. (CPS). The response surface and orthogonal design analysis were used to optimize the process conditions. At ultrasonic power 500w for 20 min,solvent-to-sample of 80∶1,water bath at 80℃ for 1.5h,the extraction rate of CPS was the biggest. CPS contained xylose,glucose,galactose and mannose at the rate of 1.38∶12.85∶4.81∶1.00,which analyzed by GC.
