【中文摘要】 探討樺褐孔菌提取物對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)性糖尿病大鼠糖脂代謝和氧化應(yīng)激水平的影響及作用機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明,樺褐孔菌提取物對(duì)STZ誘導(dǎo)的糖尿病大鼠具有降血糖、調(diào)脂、抗氧化應(yīng)激、清除自由基以及改善受損肝功能的作用,其作用機(jī)制可能與多糖的降血糖作用和單寧酸的抗氧化清除自由基作用有關(guān)。

【英文摘要】 To explore the effects and mechanism of extracts from Inonotus obliquus on glucolipid metabolism and oxidative stress in streptozocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats,extracts from Inonotus obliquus had effects of decreasing blood glucose,regulating blood fat, antioxidation cleaning free radical and improving the function of impaived liver on STZ-induced diabetic rats. These might be related with their polycose components decreasing blood glucose and tannin resisting oxidative stress or clear free radecle.
