【中文摘要】 闡述了褐蘑菇采后的生理變化和影響保鮮的因素,重點(diǎn)介紹了目前褐蘑菇實(shí)用可行的的貯運(yùn)保鮮技術(shù),并提出了貯運(yùn)保鮮操作中的注意事項(xiàng)。
【英文摘要】 Physiological change of post-harvest portobello mushroom and factors influencing on keeping fresh were discussed. Emphasis was given to present practical storing and keeping-fresh technology. Besides,points for attention in operating of that technology was proposed.
