【中文摘要】 對杏鮑菇液體發(fā)酵過程進(jìn)行研究,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明杏鮑菇液體菌種較優(yōu)生產(chǎn)工藝條件是:250mL三角瓶中裝液量為100mL,轉(zhuǎn)速180 r.min-1,溫度25℃,發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)周期144h。所獲得的杏鮑菇液體菌種活力強(qiáng),菌齡一致,將其接種于木屑栽培培養(yǎng)基,菌絲萌發(fā)、吃料快,生長整齊,出菇早,平均生物學(xué)效率92.4%。
【英文摘要】 Compared the production process with different controls parameter in submerged culture in order to optimize the technique of liquid spawn processing;and the applications of liquid spawn in Pleurotus eryngii cultivation with saw dust substrate were conducted.The results show that the suitable culture conditions in submerged culture are as follows: 100mL filled volume in size 250mL flask,rotate speed 180r·min-1,temperature 25℃.The application test results revealed that the activity of liquid spawn is clearly and mycelium colonized in active formal,and the average bio-efficiency is 92.4% in cultivation.
