【中文摘要】 以菌絲體生物量和胞外多糖產(chǎn)量為指標(biāo),通過正交試驗(yàn)對(duì)雞腿菇JM-08深層發(fā)酵的碳、氮源進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明JM-08發(fā)酵最適碳源為2%葡萄糖和3%玉米粉,氮源為5%麥麩和0.5%酵母粉。

【英文摘要】 The carbon and nitrogen sources of Coprinus comatus JM-08 on the mycelium biomass and extracellular polysaccharide were studied.The result showed that the optimum carbon sources was 2% glucose and 3% maize powder,also the optimum nitrogen sources was 5% wheat-bran and 0.5% yeast extract.
