【中文摘要】 研究了多菌靈對茶樹菇和食用菌生產(chǎn)中3大主要污染霉菌菌絲生長的影響。在PDA培養(yǎng)基上多菌靈對茶樹菇菌絲和孢菌、木霉及曲霉菌絲的EC50分別為22.3μg·mL-1、0.06μg·mL-1、0.29μg·mL-1和0.64μg·mL-1,MIC分別為60μg·mL-1、0.9μg·mL-1、1.6μg·mL-1和2.0μg·mL-1;在出菇袋料培養(yǎng)基中,按1∶500、1∶1000和1∶2000添加多菌靈對茶樹菇菌絲生長影響不明顯。同時采用液相色譜法分析了多菌靈在茶樹菇子實體中的殘留,3種處理的殘留量分別為0.09ppm、0.04ppm和0.01ppm。
【英文摘要】 Effects of Carbendazim on mycelial growth of Agrocybe aegerita and three main polluting mould including Neurospora sp., Trichoderma sp. and Aspergillus sp. in edible fungi produce was studied. The EC50 and MIC were 22.3μg·mL-1,0.06μg·mL-1,0.29μg·mL-1,0.64μg·mL-1and 60.00μg·mL-1,0.90μg·mL-1,1.60μg·mL-1,2.00μg·mL-1 to them on PDA medium,respectively. No obvious effects on mycelial growth of Agrocybe aegerita were observed in the three rates of Carbendazim and fruit body growing medium (1:500,1:1 000 and 1:2 000). Meanwhile, Carbendazim residue in fruit body was analyzed by HPLC, the amounts of residue in three treatments were 185μg·g-1 , 74μg·g-1and 12.3μg·g-1, respectively.
