【中文摘要】 對金耳酵母狀分生孢子發(fā)酵產(chǎn)多糖進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明,培養(yǎng)基CBS為玉米粉3%、黃豆粉1%、白糖0.5%、KH2PO40.1%、MgSO40.05%、pH自然,獲得的金耳酵母狀孢子生物量最大,在此條件下發(fā)酵產(chǎn)多糖,得率為14.3g·L-1,多糖含量為77.1%。
【英文摘要】 The results of orthogonal test showed that the optimal medium for the growth of yeast-like conidia of Tremella aurantiabla Bandoni et M. Zang was CBS medium composed with 3% corn powder, 1% soybean powder, 0.5% sucrose, 0.1%KH2PO4 , 0.05% MgSO4 and the initial pH. Fermented under this condition,the crude polysaccharide rate in fermentation liquid was14.3g·L-1,the polysaccharide content in crude polysaccharide was 77.1%.
