【中文摘要】 野生巨大口蘑菌株的生物學(xué)特性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明菌絲生長最適碳源為淀粉;最適生長溫度范圍25℃￣30℃,適宜的pH為8.0,黑暗條件下菌絲生長較好;耐CO2;最佳無機(jī)鹽為MgSO4和KH2PO4;添加VB1對菌絲生長有利。

【英文摘要】 The results of experiment on the biological characteristics of Tricholoma giganteum showed that the optimum carbon source, temperature, pH and inorganic salts was starch soluble, 25℃30℃, 8.0 and MgSO4 and KH2PO4 respectively. Mycelial grew well in darkness and could tolerant the relatively high carbon dioxide level. Vitamins B1 had significantly stimulate effect on mycelial growth.
