【中文摘要】 分析了食用菌生產(chǎn)使用農(nóng)藥情況和國內(nèi)外食用菌農(nóng)藥殘留限量標準狀況,從食用菌生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)地環(huán)境、食用菌菇房建筑標準、農(nóng)藥使用規(guī)范以及食用菌安全生產(chǎn)全程質(zhì)量控制等方面提出了應對措施,為食用菌安全生產(chǎn)和全面提高食用菌產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供參考。

【英文摘要】 Because of serious pesticides used in production of edible fungi,incidents of pesticide residues which exceeded maximum residues limits in edible mushrooms frequently occurred,people have suspicious quality and safety of the edible fungi production,and it gradually became the bottleneck of restricted exports of edible fungi.On the basis of the analysis of the use of pesticides in edible fungi and pesticide maximum residues limits at home and abroad,from the points of the environmental quality of production field,building standards of mushroom-house,specifications for pesticide application and the whole quality control,the measurements were put forward for improvement the safety production and the product quality of edible fungi.
