【中文摘要】 概述了地理標志產(chǎn)品保護制度的起源以及如何申報地理標志產(chǎn)品保護,分析了我國食用菌地理標志產(chǎn)品保護的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,并闡述了地理標志產(chǎn)品保護對食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的意義。

【英文摘要】 The origin of the rules of the protection for geographic indications and how to declare the protection for geographic indications were summarized.The status and problems in existence of the protection for geographic indications of edible mushroom were analyzed.The meaning of the protection for geographic indications for edible mushroom of our country was also expatiated.
