【中文摘要】 用MTT法測定樺褐孔菌抗突變活性成分Inotodiol,對人肺癌A549細胞株的增殖抑制作用,20mg.L-180mg.L-1樺褐孔菌的抗突變活性成分Inotodiol對人肺癌A549細胞株有抑制增殖作用,且表現(xiàn)出濃度和時間依賴關(guān)系。在倒置顯微鏡下、HE染色光學(xué)顯微鏡下、AO/EB雙染色熒光顯微鏡下、透射電子顯微鏡下觀察,腫瘤細胞均有體積變小、有凋亡小體。樺褐孔菌的抗突變活性成分Inotodiol可抑制人肺癌A549細胞株的增殖和誘導(dǎo)腫瘤細胞凋亡。
【英文摘要】 A549 human lung cancer cell lines were dealt with anti-mutation active constituents from Inonotus obliquus Inotodiol at different concentrations.Cell proliferation was determined by MTT.Anti-mutation active constituents from Inonotus obliquus in concentrations of 20mg·L-1,40mg·L-1,80mg·L-1 could inhibite the hyperplasis of A549 human lung cancer cells in a doseage and time dependent relation.Cells of tumour were small,and there was apoptosis under the observation of transmission microscope and HE staining light microscope and AO/EB double staining fluoresent microscope and transmission electron microscope.Anti-mutation active constituents from Inonotus obliquus Inotodiol has the effects of anti-proliferation and apoptosis on A549 human lung cancer cells.
