【中文摘要】 利用簡單重復(fù)序列間擴(kuò)增多態(tài)性(ISSR)對12株蘑菇屬菌株(其中菌株S1、S2為河北康保分離的菌株,具自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán))和3株屬外參照菌株進(jìn)行了遺傳多樣性分析,構(gòu)建了遺傳相關(guān)聚類圖。本研究結(jié)果表明,河北康保分離的兩株菌株S1和S2與現(xiàn)存生產(chǎn)上應(yīng)用的同類菌種存在明顯差異,同時(shí)也表明ISSR分子標(biāo)記在蘑菇品種的鑒別和菌株親緣關(guān)系分析上具有較好的適用性。
【英文摘要】 12 Agaricus strains (including 2 strains which were isolated from Kangbao in Hebei province with self-owned intellectual property rights) and 3 out-genus reference strains were analyzed for the genetic diversity using inter simple sequence repeats (ISSR). The results in this paper revealed that these two isolated strains S1 and S2 had great differences with those strains in the similar species which were used in production nowadays. ISSR was a suitable molecular marker for species differentiation and genetic analysis among close related strains of Agaricus strains.
