    姬松茸選育菌株的部分特性研究

    【中文摘要】 對(duì)新選育4株姬松茸菌株的若干菌性特征進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:在差異性為0.05和0.01的兩種水平下,AbML11菌絲長(zhǎng)速與AbML2、AbMD3、AbML7、AbM9菌絲長(zhǎng)速差異達(dá)到極顯著水平,AbML7長(zhǎng)速最慢,長(zhǎng)勢(shì)最弱;4個(gè)菌株的最適溫度均為28℃,其中AbML2、AbMD3耐受溫度最高達(dá)36℃。在轉(zhuǎn)管過(guò)程中,AbML11菌絲長(zhǎng)速與長(zhǎng)勢(shì)穩(wěn)定性最佳,其次AbML2、AbM9、AbMD3,AbML7最差;與出發(fā)菌株比較,AbML2、AbML11具有較強(qiáng)的抗青霉能力,AbMD3、AbML7抗霉力較差;在菌絲拮抗試驗(yàn)中,5個(gè)菌株之間均產(chǎn)生拮抗,說(shuō)明菌株間存在一定的遺傳差異性;RAPD圖譜分析表明,當(dāng)遺傳相似系數(shù)達(dá)62%時(shí),可以將5個(gè)菌株分成:AbML2、AbMD3,AbML7、AbM9和AbML11兩類。由此可見(jiàn),新選育的4株姬松茸菌性有別于AbM9,AbML11若干性狀優(yōu)于AbM9。

    【英文摘要】 Fungus characteristics of four stains of selected strain Agaricus blazei Murrill was studied in this paper. The results showed that under 0.05 and 0.01 two kinds of levels, the growth rate of AbML11 reached to the limit the remarkable level, compared to AbML2,AbMD3,AbML7,AbM9,AbML7 had slowest growth rate, and the growth potential was weakest; optimum temperatures of four strains were 28 ℃, among them,high tolerance temperature of AbML2 and AbMD3 were up to 36℃.In transfers of the tube process, the stability of AbML11 growth rate and growth potential was best, next AbML2, AbM9, AbMD3, AbML7 was worst; compared with AbM9, AbML2, AbML11 had the stronger anti-penicillin ability, but the ability of AbMD3, AbML7 were bad; in hypha antagonistic test, between five strains all produces antagonistic lines, explained the strain had the certain heredity difference.The RAPD atlas analysis indicated, when the similar coefficient of heredity was up to 62%, the strains could be sorted into two specie...更多s , the first species was No.2 and No.3, the second species was No.7 , No.9 and No.11.Therefore, it can be seen: the four new selective strains were different from AbM9, and the certain characters of AbML11 surpassed AbM9.  還原
