【中文摘要】 以鮮茶薪菇為材料,經(jīng)擔(dān)孢子彈射,稀釋分離法獲得37個(gè)單孢菌株。經(jīng)單孢出菇驗(yàn)證其性遺傳模式為異宗結(jié)合。再經(jīng)單孢配對(duì)試驗(yàn),得到了4種不同交配型的單孢菌株,單孢的極性比為9∶11∶11∶6。研究結(jié)果表明,茶薪菇性遺傳模式為四極性異宗結(jié)合。經(jīng)異核體菌株出菇試驗(yàn),證實(shí)茶薪菇的性遺傳模式是四極性異宗結(jié)合擔(dān)子菌的性遺傳模式。

【英文摘要】 Discharging spore from the same basidiocarp of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang,twenty-seven single-spore strains were collected by dilution isolation,and their yielding fruit-body test suggested that inheritance of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang is heterothallism.Then four different mating-type single-spore strains were acquaired by comparison of matched pairs,and their proportion was(9∶11∶11∶6).At last,the heterokaron strain yielding fruit-body test suggested that the sex-inheritance of Stropharia rugoso-annulate is tetrapolar heterothallism.
